1. Return Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product packaging is tampered or compromised at the time of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or consumed products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items purchased on sale or special discount (unless damaged or incorrect)
3. Return Conditions
If your return request is approved:
- The product must be unused and in original sealed packaging
- It must include proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)
- The return must be initiated within the 7-day window
VNS Naturala reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
5. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement in the following cases:

- Quality issue verified by our team
Replacements are subject to product availability.
6. Return Shipping
